The Little Pitch is a business ideas competition exclusively for undergraduate and postgraduate students at Anglia Ruskin University.

Our aim is simple: we want to find passionate entrepreneurial students with exciting, imaginative, bold, bonkers and brilliant business ideas and give them the chance to win funding, publicity, and help to move from business idea to business plan.

The competition will run in two 1-month blocks in October and November 2016. At the end of each month, the two best entrants – one judged by the popular vote and the other chosen by a monthly guest judge – will each win £140 and an official certificate. A further three runners-up, as decided monthly by the guest judge, will also receive an official certificate.

Then what? All the October and November winners and runners-up will be invited to pitch their idea at The Little Pitch Final in December 2016 for their chance to win a further one-off prize of £100.
